I made an appointment for a pap smear several weeks prior. The staff is friendly and punctual. This was my second appointment in a year. I was told upon arriving that Medicare only paid for a pap smear and exam every two years and so I would not be getting an exam that day. I would be able to consult with Dr. Hooker about a prescription refill that I needed though. I wondered why I was not told that when I called to make an appointment in the first place? I also felt that the recommendations for my prescription amounts were way to vague and left too much up to me. Too much Estrace over a long period of time can cause cancer risk so I don't know how much is too much.

Dr, Hooker staff are very friendly I was very please with the office staff I was a translator for my sister in law they keep me in the loop at all times. They made her feel comfortable I got to meet the doctor day of surgery answered all my questions and was very nice professional I would recommend Dr. Hooker to my family and friends.

The care and service provided from Dr. Hooker and ALL his staff was nothing short of amazing during my entire pregnancy. Always felt very comfortable, and always got thorough information. Dr. Hooker is an amazing doctor and so happy we chose him to help us welcome our new baby girl. Highly Recommend!

I was very pleased with everything from my initial contact on line, my contact by telephone, appointment confirmation, the office staff, nurse and Dr. Hooker. They were all very efficient, courteous and professional. They completed a thorough examination, took biopsies and explained everything very well at this appointment. I am truly grateful to finally find out what has been causing my problems after being run around for nine weeks by another doctor without even seeing her. Thank you Dr. Hooker and your staff.

From start to finish, from scheduling, check-in, vitals and actual doc visit, I had a positive experience. Time with physician seemed a little rushed but it was efficient and had me in and out no time which I appreciate. All the staff were friendly and professional.
